WARM-UP

A purposeful warm-up is key to preparing your body and mind for a workout.

STATIC BALL-HANDLING

Focus on pounding the dribble as hard as you can into the ground, keeping your head up at all times.

MOVEMENT BALL-HANDLING

Focus on staying in a low(Attack) stance, keeping the dribble below the knee, quick step's to get past defender whilst staying low.

GAME MOVES BALL HANDLING

Focus on change of speed and direction. 

Explode into move, stay low get shoulder past defender pushing the ball out infront, whilst sprinting to the basket.

Start close to the basketball, focusing on form shooting, slowly move back .
